1
Tape an 8 oz. baby bottle to the center of a cardboard cake board.

2
Roll 18 of the diapers up into tight logs and secure each one with a rubber band. Place six of the rolled diapers in a ring around the baby bottle and place a large rubber band around them that holds them tightly against the bottle. The top of the bottle will be sticking out above the ring of diapers at this point.

3
Place the remaining 12 rolled diapers in a ring around the first ring of diapers and secure them all in the same manner, by placing a large rubber band around them, the bottle and the inner ring of diapers.
-
4
Roll up the remaining 20 diapers as you did in Step 2, but tie them with a piece of 1/4-inch wide ribbon. Make a bow with the ribbon; the ribbon replaces the rubber bands, as these diapers will be seen from the outside of the cake. Secure the final ring of diapers together and around the rest of the "cake" using a length of 1-inch wide ribbon.

5
Place a teddy bear on top of the cake and secure its arms around the bottle so that it looks like the bear is holding the baby bottle.
