Save

Send your important notes created in Microsoft Outlook 2013 to Microsoft OneNote 2013 as a printout or through the Send to OneNote add-in. By default, the Outlook integration component of the Send to OneNote add-in should be enabled to support transferring content directly from Outlook to OneNote. You can enable the add-in through the Windows 8 Programs and Features control panel item. Alternatively, you can add a printout of your Outlook notes to OneNote using the Send to OneNote 2013 printer.

  • Select the items you want to send to OneNote. Click "Notes" from the navigation pane in Outlook. Open the folder containing the note or notes you want to send to OneNote. Select the note you want to send. To select multiple notes, hold the "Ctrl" key while making your selections.

  • Send to OneNote. Click the "Send to OneNote" button in the Actions group of the Home ribbon. The Select Location in OneNote dialog appears with a list of your OneNote notebooks and sections.

  • Choose the OneNote section to send your notes to. You can expand your notebooks under the All Notebooks section by clicking the "+" icon next to each notebook and section.
