How to Remove History From an AVG Security Toolbar

AVG Anti-Virus software is available in free and paid editions for users who want to beef up their computer's security. One component of AVG's software that increases your system's online security is the AVG Security Toolbar. This toolbar runs in your Web browser and identifies online threats as you surf the Internet. You can also use the toolbar to remove part or all of your Internet history from your computer.

Instructions

1. Open your Web browser.

2. Click the Recycle Bin icon in the AVG Security Toolbar.

3. Click the type of Web history you want to delete. Options include "Delete Complete History," "Delete Browser History" and "Delete Download History."
