Dial *MIN# on your AT&T cell phone. In a moment you will receive a text message detailing exactly how many minutes you have used and how many minutes remain, depending upon your plan limits.

Log on to the AT&T wireless website. The webpage will open to a page called your "Account Overview." In the larger column on the right, there is a section noted as "Group Usage Summary" for a family plan or just "Usage Summary" for a single plan. Beneath these title words are two horizontal bars indicating proportionately the number of anytime and rollover minutes used. Beside each bar the numbers of minutes used and those remaining are printed to the right.

Call 611 and follow the recorded prompts if you choose to listen to the information.

If you request your minutes via text message, each message will count toward your total allotment.
