How to Hook Up a Desktop to a Sony Z Series TV
The Sony Z Series is a line of high-definition TVs equipped with multiple ports for hooking up other electronic equipment, including your desktop computer. Depending on your PC, you can connect to the Sony TV with an S-video cable, D-sub video or HDMI (High Definition Media Interface) cable. S-video features a round plug with metal pins inside. D-sub cables have three rows of metal pins in a four-sided plug shaped like a trapezoid. HDMI features a six-sided plug on each cable end. Any of these will work with a Sony Z Series.
