How to Extract Adobe Reader

Adobe Reader 10 is an application that allows you to view PDF files. To reduce the amount of data that you have to download, the Adobe Reader 10 installation files come zipped within a single Setup file. You do not have to use a file extraction tool to unzip the Adobe Reader 10 installation files, because the Setup file has a built-in file extractor that automatically extracts the required files prior to installation.

  Download the Adobe Reader 10 Self Extractor.

  Double-click the Adobe Reader Self Extractor. Wait until the "Extracting Installation Files" progress bar reaches 100 percent to finish extracting all the Adobe Reader 10 installation files on to your hard disk.

  Click the "Install" button to install Adobe Reader 10.
