How to Sign Up for Mobile Tweets
Twitter users can send and receive tweets using a smartphone. Users can access Twitter through a variety of third-party phone applications, which is the most common way to access tweets on a phone. Third-party applications are typically free to download. There are no message fees associated with them on unlimited data plans. You can also access tweets on a mobile phone using a Twitter short message service feed. Standard text message rates apply when using a Twitter SMS feed to send and receive mobile tweets.
