How to Cook or Bake a Juicy Steak
For steak lovers, few things are better than a flavorful, juicy steak on their dinner plate. Steaks are often thrown on a grill or cooked in a pan. Another way to cook steaks is in the oven. While improper baking in the oven will result in dried-out, tough meat, when it's cooked correctly, the oven can make an impressive steak. To ensure the steak retains plenty of moisture, it needs to be seared on both sides in a pan first. Does this Spark an idea?
