How to Sync Multiple Google Calendars in iCal

Sync Google Calendar with iCal, the default calendaring application for Macs, using the CalDAV protocol used to synchronize appointments and schedules between Google Calendar and calendar software. Using CalDAV, you can configure iCal to sync with multiple Google Calendars, including different accounts or separate calendars within the same account.

Instructions

1. Launch iCal.

2. Click "iCal," "Preferences."

3. Select the "Accounts" tab.

4. Click the "+" button at the bottom left.

5. Select "CalDAV" as the account type, enter your Google Calendar username and password and then click "Server Options."

6. Type "https://www.google.com/calendar/dav/[Google Calendar username]/user," replacing [Google Calendar username] with the appropriate information, in the Account URL text field. Click "Add."

7. Select the Delegation account for the just-configured account and then select the calendars you wish to sync with iCal.

8. Repeat Steps 4 to 7 to sync calendars from other Google Calendar accounts.
