How to View Your Feedback on oDesk
The oDesk feedback system allows employers and contractors to assess each other at the end of each contract. It uses a 5-point rating system, and each score is broken into six categories. An oDesk user can start accumulating and providing feedback at the end of his first contract. Feedback is initially "double-blind"; you will not be privy to the other party's feedback unless you have given yours. For most employers and contractors, feedback is equivalent to reputation, and is one of the keys to success on oDesk.

Log in to your oDesk account. Click "My Jobs," "Contracts."

Click on the "Ended" tab. The rightmost column will show your feedback for each contract.

Hover your mouse over the blue question mark beside each rating. This opens a panel, which shows you the breakdown for your feedback score.

Tips & Warnings
If you're a contractor, your accrued feedback scores will be publicly visible on your profile. Setting your contractor profile to "Private" ensures that only employers can see your portfolio and feedback scores.
