How to Boil Prefrozen Lobster
Prefrozen lobster is no trouble at all to prepare by boiling. For best results, you should slowly defrost the lobster in the refrigerator overnight before cooking. If you don't have enough time to let it thaw out, you can boil it while it is still frozen, although it may not be as tender and moist. Boiling lobster is a time-conserving method because multiple lobsters can cook at one time. Be careful to watch your lobsters and the clock carefully; when lobsters boil for too long, they get tough.
