How to De-Bloat With Coconut Water

  • 12 to 48 ounces pure water
  • Drink 12 ounces of coconut water.

  • Drink 12 ounces of pure water.

  • Drink another 12 ounces of coconut water only if constipation relief is not experienced within one hour.

  • Drink another 12 ounces of pure water.

  • Repeat the process up to three times until coconut water creates a laxative effect.

  • For those who do not like the taste of coconut water, pouring it over ice or chilling it before drinking can help give it a better taste.
