How to Make a Video With an iPhone

With the iPhone 4 you can shoot high definition video wherever you go. After you capture a video recording, the iPhone saves the clip to your default camera roll album. You can store and replay the video on your iPhone, or you can transfer it to your computer when you connect the iPhone to your PC.

Instructions

1. Tap the "Camera" icon on the Home screen. The camera application loads and the screen of the iPhone becomes a viewfinder.

2. Flip the switch at the far right of the bottom toolbar from the camera position to the camcorder position. The camera position is denoted by a small camera icon while the camcorder position is denoted by a small video camcorder icon.

3. Tap the red "Record" button in the center of the bottom toolbar to begin recording a video.

4. Shoot the video. The red "Record" button pulses while the iPhone is recording.

5. Tap the red "Record" button again to stop recording. After you are done recording, you can find the video in your camera roll album.
