Visit the AT&T rewards center website (rewardcenter.att.com/CardBalance.aspx) and click "Check AT&T Reward Visa Prepaid Card Activity".

Enter the first four digits of your rewards card number and click "Continue".

Obtain the toll-free number for the AT&T rewards card by looking on the back of your card or by visiting the rewards website and clicking "Contact Us" in the top right corner of the page.

Select your account type from the drop down menu on the left and your state from the menu on the right.

Call the toll-free number and speak with a service specialist. Provide your card number and any information needed to receive your AT&T rewards card balance.
