Instructions

    • 1

Grasp the food item in your hand and rub it against the grated surface.

    • 2

Stop grating when the item is too short to grate without scraping your knuckles, the measuring reservoir indicates you have enough grated food, or the catcher beneath the grater is full.

    • 3

Empty the grater. If the grater does not have a bottom, simply lift the grater and scoop up the grated food. Or pull the grater off of the measuring reservoir, catcher or sliding tray and dispose of the contents. Or spread the contents directly onto your dish if the grater comes with a squeezable dispenser.

    • 4

Store any unused grated food in your grater's storage compartment (if available) and snap on the airtight lid.

    • 5

Wash your grater with warm soapy water and a dish brush. Rinse, then air dry.
