The Cox Communications email service works basically the same as any other. Regardless of what computer you're on, you should not encounter any problems accessing your Cox WebMail account. As long as you know your Cox User ID and account password, everything should run smoothly.

Access the Cox official website (cox.net) in the Internet browser from the any computer. The site may redirect to the Cox Homepage Location Interceptor page, depending on the computer you are using.

Type your 5-digit zip code in the text box or click the drop-down bar and select your state in the Location platform on the lower-right side of the Cox Homepage Location Interceptor page.

Click "Come On In" to be redirected to your area's Cox Communications homepage.

Locate the "Sign-In" platform on the right side of Cox Communications' homepage. Type your Cox email account name in the User ID text field. If you are unsure of your Cox email account name, contact the company'e customer service department.

Enter the password associated with the Cox User ID in the appropriate text field.

Click the blue "Sign In" button below the text fields to access your Cox Communications' user account. The Cox Communications homepage will refresh automatically and display your account homepage.

Click "WebMail" on the Cox user account menu at the top of the page. The browser will then redirect to your Cox mail account inbox.

Tips & Warnings
Avoid making several failed Cox WebMail log in attempts. This action can lock the Cox WebMail account. Once the account is locked, you'll need to contact Cox Communications Technical Support to unlock it.
