Krups Coffeemaker Instructions
Krups is a popular German coffee machine making company, known for the recent popularity of its one cup, automatic drip coffee machines. These coffeemakers can brew a fresh cup of coffee in just under one minute, and brew using only pre-measured and packaged, perfectly portioned packs, or pods of coffee. Some models are now equipped with a timer than can be set to start the brew cycle at a specific time on its own. Does this Spark an idea?

Fill the tank at the top of the Krups coffeemaker with cold drinking water.

Press the On/Off button on the front of the machine to start the coffee making cycle. The indicator light, near the On/Off button will blink as the machine warms up.

Open the upper lid and insert the pod holder that corresponds with the type of coffee you want to make. Small pod holders are for regular coffee, and large pod holders are for cappuccinos and lattes.

Select your desired coffee pod, and insert it into the pod holder with the flat surface facing upwards. If you are only preparing one cup of coffee, make sure to insert a single pod into the left side of the pod holder, which is marked "One Cup This Side."

Close and lock the upper lid, then turn the brew selection on the front of the machine to your desired setting.

Place your coffee mugs in the drip tray and wait for the indicator light to cease blinking.

Press the "Brew" button on the front of the machine. The indicator light will blink as coffee brews.

Wait for the indicator light to stop blinking once more, this indicates that the brewing cycle is complete and your coffee is ready. Remove and discard the pods.

To get the best consistent use out of your Krups coffeemaker, clean after each use.
Never put anything other than water in the tank.
