How to Change Page Order in a PDF Document
One of the advantages to owning Adobe Acrobat -- widely considered to be the top PDF tool -- is that the program allows you to do things with PDFs that other programs don't. For example, you can use Acrobat to edit text in a PDF document. Likewise, you can change the page order in a PDF document. Changing page order can be particularly beneficial if you find that one page flows into another better than the way the pages do as they currently are set up.

Open Adobe Acrobat.

Click "View" at the top of the page, then "Navigation Tabs."

Click "Pages." A list of thumbnails that represent each page in the PDF document appears.

Click, drag and drop these pages into the order you would like them to appear in the PDF document.

Press "Ctrl" and "S" to save the PDF.
