  • Mixing bowl
  • 2-1/2 cups bread flour
  • 1 tbsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • Wooden spoon
  • Flour
  • Nonstick baking sheet

      Combine bread flour, baking powder and salt in a mixing bowl.

      Pour water and olive oil into the mixing bowl. Stir the ingredients with a wooden spoon until the dough begins to form into a ball. Add a little more water if the dough is too sticky.

      Sprinkle flour onto your work surface.
