Netzero is a California-based Internet service provider that also offers free email. With Netzero's free email service, users have access to video mail, video chat, multiple email addresses and spam and virus protection. Whether your Netzero email account is a solo account or part of your Internet service, access your email by visiting the NetZero Message Center. Depending on the type of email account you have, the NetZero Message Center offers you additional features including junk mail filters and reporting, email block lists, custom sort and delete settings and mail forwarding.

Visit the "NetZero Message Center" from a computer or cell phone by going to webmail.netzero.net.

Type your "Member ID" and "Password" in the corresponding form fields.

Choose the "netzero.com" or "netzero.net" domain from the drop-down box. Free accounts are generally created with the netzero.net domain.

Click the "Sign In" button to log into the "NetZero Message Center" to access your Netzero email.
