How Can I Email a Cricket Phone?
Cricket differs from many other cell phone providers by offering only unlimited plans. Fortunately for your friend whose Cricket phone you want to email, this means that receiving the texts you send via email does not involve extra charges. From your end, sending an email to a Cricket phone is almost identical to sending any other email. Instead of including a possibly familiar address, however, you must use a Cricket-specific address. Your email then shows up on your friend's phone as a text message.

1
Open your preferred email program or site and log in. Open a new, blank email.
-
2
Type your message into the email's body exactly as you would if you were sending a standard email. Keep in mind that the email shows up as a text message on your friend's Cricket phone. Keeping it short helps ensure it arrives in one text, and that your friend does not need to piece together several long messages that may not arrive in contiguous order.

3
Type your friend's Cricket phone number without any punctuation, followed by "@sms.mycricket.com," into the recipient field for your email. If your friend's Cricket number is 456-789-1011, for example, address the email to "4567891011@sms.mycricket.com." Do not include the quotation marks.
