How to Download AT&T Internet Connection Repair Tools
AT&T provides a connection repair tool, the AT&T Self Support Tool, to detect, diagnose and resolve high-speed Internet problems. This tool is free for download by anyone with an Internet connection, not just AT&T customers, and also contains several utilities to help you optimize your Internet connection.

Open your preferred Internet browser.

Navigate to the AT&T Self Support Tool download page (see Resources).

Click the "Download" button in the lower-right corner of the page. This will take you to the download page, after which a "download" dialog box will pop up.

Select a location on your hard drive to save the file to, and then click the "Save" button. Your download will begin.
