How to Design an HTML Email on Outlook
Microsoft Outlook email platforms allow you to send emails using HTML coding. Before you start typing "<a href>" and "<img src>" though, you have to turn on the HTML feature. Otherwise, your message will just deliver the code as regular text and your recipient will have a tough time deciphering your message amidst all the angle brackets.
