How to Make Posts Private on Your Friend's Wall on Facebook
By default, there is no way to mark posts on your friends' Facebook walls as private. However, a suitable alternative exists -- you can quickly post private messages on a friend's wall without prying eyes reading it. This trick is helpful when you're trading private messages with friends over the social network.
