How to Cancel Printing in Vista

The Windows Vista operating system allows users to manage printers and printing functions through the Control Panel. After starting a print job, you may decide to cancel the print action for various reasons -- you may have selected the wrong document to print, may not have inserted enough paper for the print job or you may have run out of ink. Each document that is set to print goes to a printing queue. The printer then prints the documents one at a time, but you can cancel any print job that is still in the printing queue.
