Open the Photoshop program. This can be done by clicking the Start menu on a PC and locating the program within ''All Programs'' list.

Locate the image file with the frame you wish to be manipulate. Right click on the file and select ''Open With Photoshop."

Select the ''Crop'' tool on the toolbar on the left hand side of the screen. Alternatively, press ''C.'

Left click and hold on the location of the screen where you wish the cropping to take place. Drag and highlight the area that you wish to retain.

Release the mouse button when the appropriate areas have been selected. The areas that will be cut from the picture will appear darker on the screen.

Press enter to confirm cropping.
