How to Find My Sears Card Number
The Sears Card is a co-branded credit card issued by Citibank. For security reasons, it is not possible to obtain your Sears Card number if you can't find your Sears Card. It is, however, possible to request a replacement card from Citibank. Citibank will mail you a new card in approximately seven to 10 business days. You can obtain your Sears Card number directly from this new card.

Verify your identity. Answer the customer service representative's security questions to confirm that you are an authorized cardholder.
