How to Prepare Egg Beaters
Egg Beaters are a convenient and healthy alternative to eggs. Scrambled Egg Beaters

Pour the desired amount of Egg Beaters into a pre-heated, non-stick skillet over medium heat.

Allow the Egg Beaters to set for about 30 seconds, then move the cooked portion into the center of the skillet.

Cook for 30 seconds to one minute more and turn gently to scramble. Do not stir the Egg Beaters.

Pour the desired amount of Egg Beaters into a microwave-safe bowl to scramble in the microwave.

Cover the container and cook on high for about one minute.

Remove the Egg Beaters from the microwave and stir. Cook for 30 seconds to one minute more until Egg Beaters are set but still moist.
Hard-Cooked Egg Beaters

Pour the Egg Beaters into a pre-heated skillet.

Cover the skillet and cook for about 10 minutes over low heat.

Allow the Egg Beaters to cool and chop into small cubes to use in egg salad or other recipes.
