Instant Recipe and Creamy Butter Recipe with Skins

Pour one pouch of the potatoes into a 9 by 11-inch, 4-inch deep metal pan. Heat one gallon of water to approximately 180 degrees Fahrenheit and pour over potatoes.

Stir with a large spoon. This will evenly distribute the liquid.

Allow potatoes to sit for 3 to 5 minutes. Use a fork to stir and fluff the potatoes before serving.
Red Skin Mashed and Gold Mashed Recipe

Pour one pouch of the potatoes into a 9 by 11-inch, 4-inch deep metal pan. Heat one gallon of water to approximately 180 degrees Fahrenheit and pour over potatoes.

Stir rapidly for 25 to 35 seconds. This will evenly distribute the liquid.

Let potatoes sit for 7 minutes. Stir to distribute ingredients, and serve.
