How to Enable Picasa As Default Image Viewer in Vista
Picasa is an image editing tool created by Google that allows you to manage your photographs on your computer. Your Picasa account comes with online access, where you can upload your photos and share them with your friends. When you download Picasa, Windows Vista will ask you to make it your default image editing program. If you chose not to do this when you first installed Picasa, you can change your computer's settings in Windows Vista to make it your default image editing program.
