How to Change the Language on Windows 7 Home Premium

Windows 7 includes localization features that allow the operating system to be used in a number of different counties. Additionally, Microsoft offers installable language packs to include even more languages. That way, your copy of Windows 7 Home Premium is displayed in your native language. Changing the language is simply and can be done via the Control Panel.

  • Open the Start menu, and select "Control Panel."

  • Select "Clock, Language, and Region." Select "Regional and Language Options." Click "Keyboards and Languages."

  • Select the desired language within the "Display Language" drop-down menu. Click "OK" to save the settings.
