Journey to Tercessuinotlim in the Citadel and seek out Miltonius after completing the Lair quests.

Speak to Miltonius and obtain the Totem of Miltonius quest, which requires you to obtain one hundred Essence of Miltonius, which drop off of Dark Makai.

Kill Dark Makai until you have one hundred Essence of Miltonius. Speak to Miltonius to complete the quest and obtain the Totem of Miltonius.

Acquire the quest Combat Style: Betrayal Blade of Miltonius by speaking to Miltonius and hand in the Totem of Miltonius to obtain the Betrayal Blade of Miltonius.

Acquire the quest Combat Style: Dual Betrayal Blade by speaking to Miltonius and turn in the required items to obtain the Dual Betrayal Blade of Miltonius. You will now have Dual Betrayal Blades and be stronger than ever.
