How to Block Someone on FormSpring
Formspring provides a forum in which Internet users can get a better understanding of you by asking both personal and interview-style questions. While a Formsping page can act as a beneficial social networking tool, there is always the risk of encountering Internet users who may abuse this platform. Formspring provides methods to block both other users and anonymous users from posting questions on your Formspring page.

Block Another Formspring User

Access your Formspring account page. Sign in with your login credentials and click on the "Profile" button to be directed to your profile page.

Click on the profile picture of the user you wish to block and choose the "Block User" option from the floating menu. The profile picture of the user is located to the left of the question they posted on your profile page. This method works even if the Formspring user has used the "Hide My Name" feature.

Go to the profile page of a user you wish to block that has not posted a question on your profile page and click on the "Block User" option at the bottom of his Formspring profile page.
Block An Anonymous User

Click on the "Settings" link on your profile page to block an anonymous visitor from posting to your Formspring page.

Click on the "Privacy Options" link beneath the "Formspring Settings" menu.

Change your privacy setting to the option that reads "only Formspring members who share their name can ask you questions."

Click the "Save Changes" button located at the bottom of the page.
