How to Do Freckles for Halloween

Things You'll Need
- Mild soap
- Towel
- Facial moisturizer
- Makeup sponge
- Cream blush
- Brown eyebrow pencil

Wash the face thoroughly with a mild soap to remove any oil.

Pat the skin dry with a clean towel.

Apply a thin layer of moisturizer to the entire face and allow it to absorb into the skin.

Dab cream blush to the apples of the cheeks and use a makeup sponge to blend it into the surrounding skin.

Use the eyebrow pencil to dot freckles on to the apples of the cheeks and bridge of the nose.

Tips & Warnings
For exaggerated or cartoon-like freckles, use a very dark eyebrow pencil.
For small freckles, sharpen the eyebrow pencil to a fine point. For a dappled freckle effect, smooth the tip of the pencil into a rounded point.
