Connect your cell phone to your computer with the included data cable. Your cellular device will have to be able to sync with your computer to use a Wi-Fi card on the phone.

Insert the software disk that comes with your Wi-Fi card into the disk drive in your computer and follow the screen prompts to install the software.

Disconnect your phone from your computer and insert the Wi-Fi card into the expansion slot on your cell phone.

Locate the LAN Internet function and enable it. It is most likely in the "Settings" folder in your cellular phone. You can now surf the Internet from your phone.
