How to Connect a Dell Photo Printer 720 to a Compaq Computer
The Dell Photo Printer 720 is an ink-jet printer compatible with computers running Windows 2000 or later. The printer connects to the computer via a universal serial bus, or USB, connection. Before using your Dell Photo Printer 720, you must install the printer drivers, which are included in the original packaging of the printer and can also be downloaded from the Internet. Unplug the printer's USB cable from your Compaq computer's USB port if it is connected.

Insert the "Dell Photo Printer 720 Drivers and Utilities" CD into the CD or DVD drive of your Compaq computer.
