Directions on Making a Family Pedigree

Directions on Making a Family Pedigree thumbnail
Making a pedigree chart puts everyone in order so you can see each family member.

Family pedigree charts will show your family where each relative fits into the family. After you gather the information about present and past family members, you enter birthdays, names, marriages, death dates and spouse's names into a pedigree chart start with yourself. You can use a pedigree template to start your family tree, or use the template as a research tool to design your own pedigree chart to include more information about your relatives.
