How to Print a Protected Excel 2007 Worksheet
You can use regular print commands in Excel 2007 to print a protected spreadsheet file. A protected worksheet can be formatted to prevent users from altering a variety of spreadsheet features. For example, protection may prevent a user from altering the content of individual cells or of any cells on the worksheet. Protection can also prevent a user from inserting new columns or rows, or changing formats on a worksheet. Protecting a worksheet will not inhibit printing.
