Instructions

    • 1

Place your block of vegan cheese inside of a plastic vacuum bag with a zippered mouth. Press all the air out of the bag with your hands.

    • 2

Lock the zippered mouth of the bag together, by pressing the sides together. Open the seal of the bags, which will most likely look like a round opening with a lid on the body of the bag.

    • 3

Plug in your handheld vacuum device and press it against the mouth of the seal. Turn it on and watch as the bag shrinks around your vegan cheese. Turn off the device, pull it away from the seal and close the seal.

Tips & Warnings

  • If you don't want to use a vacuum sealing device, store your cheese in a glass container with a lid. Place the cheese in the body of the container, place a sheet of plastic wrap over the top, tightly secure it and place the glass lid on top. This will ensure your cheese lasts as long as possible and tastes best.
