How to Cancel a Transaction on Xoom
Xoom is a website that allows users to send money almost anywhere in the world. For a small fee, a maximum of $2999 can be sent directly to specified bank accounts, home addresses or designated pick up locations. In some cases, it may be necessary or desirable to cancel a recent transaction. This may not always be possible if prompt action isn't taken, but Xoom does all they can to meet the needs of their customers.

Log in to the Xoom account. Go to the Xoom Customer Service contact page.

Complete the requested information on the email form. Type in "Cancellation Request" in the subject box and give an explanation for the cancellation.

Click "Send Email" to send the message to customer service. Xoom should respond promptly with details on whether or not the cancellation can take place and how soon it may occur.

Tips & Warnings
If a bank account was used for the transaction, you may be able to cancel it directly from the "Track My Transaction" page, which is listed in the Resources section.
