How to Increase the Volume on an HP 2710m Monitor

The HP 2710m is a high-definition computer monitor that's equipped with built-in speakers. Because of this feature, you do not need third-party speakers. The monitor is compatible with both PCs and Macs. Adjustment of the volume of the speakers is a simple process that allows you to listen to the content you are viewing on the monitor.

Instructions

1. Press the "Power" button on top of your HP 2719m monitor to turn it on.

2. Press the "Volume" button on the front of your monitor to increase the volume.

3. Press the "Menu" button on your monitor to access the on-screen display, or OSD, menu if you do not hear sound from the built-in speakers.

4. Select "Management" and then "Volume" to adjust the volume. Turn up the volume with the "Volume" button.

Tips & Warnings

• Check the audio drive on your computer if you are unable to hear the sound from the monitor's speakers.
