How to Show the BCC Tool in MS Outlook 2007

When sending emails in MS Outlook 2007, you can show the BCC option and send a blind carbon copy to email recipients. The BCC is helpful when sending emails, because the email recipient details aren't displayed in the email. The recipient will receive the email, but they won't see the list of recipients who also received the message.

Instructions

    • 1

Open Outlook 2007 and click the "Inbox" in the navigation pane. Click "New" on the standard toolbar.

    • 2

Click the "Options" tab and select the "Show BCC" button.

    • 3

Notice the BCC field appears in the blank email message. It will remain there for all future email until you turn off this option.
