How to Create a Twitter Tab on Facebook
If you have a Facebook business or fan page, you can set up a Twitter "tab" or separate page on the Facebook site where your visitors can see your tweets, or Twitter messages. Use this to help Facebook visitors decide whether they also want to follow you on Twitter. This is a way to connect your Facebook and Twitter pages without actually causing all of the posts to be posted in both locations.

Tips & Warnings
In the left column under your Facebook profile picture, you will see links, one of which now says "Twitter" and has the blue Twitter bird logo next to it. This is how users can see your tweets as a separate page on your Facebook fan/business page.
