How to Drag & Drop Files Into Windows Explorer
Windows Explorer is a component of Microsoft Windows and is the application used to browse files and folders, burn discs, open zipped archive files and launch applications. You can move files from one location to another on your hard drive by dragging and dropping the file from one on-screen folder to another. The file will then be immediately copied or moved, depending on the action chosen at the time of dropping the file.
