How to Cancel an Apple MobileME Account
The program MobileMe automatically keeps your email, contacts and calendars on your iPhone, iPad, Mac and PC in sync. After a 60-day trial period, MobileMe comes with a yearly subscription. Within 45 days of initially subscribing, you can cancel your membership for a full refund. Between 45 days and 60 days, you can still cancel, but the process is a bit different.

Go to MobileMe and sign in with your Apple ID and password (see Resources).

Click the "Account Options" link in the sidebar on the left. Click the "Cancel Account" button.

Confirm your selection.
45-60 Days

Go to the MobileMe Support site (see Resources) if it has been more than 45 days since you were charged for your subscription, or if you purchased a MobileMe retail box and subscribed to MobileMe using an activation code. After 45 days, you can only cancel your subscription by contacting MobileMe Support.

Click your country on the MobileMe Support site and click "Account & Billing." Click "Canceling a Paid Subscription."

Click the "Get Started" button below "Express Lane" if are you are in the U.S. or Canada. Follow the guided prompts to complete the cancellation. Click the "Chat Now" button below "Chat" if you are outside the U.S. or Canada and follow the guided prompts to complete the cancellation.

Tips & Warnings
If you've removed the credit card information from your account, the "Cancel Account" button will not be shown. Replace the credit card information for your membership in Billing info to see the Cancel Account button.
After 60 days have passed, you cannot receive any money back. You can only wait for your subscription to expire.
After signing up for the MobileMe yearly paid subscription, you have up to 45 days to cancel for a full refund.
