How to Direct a Message to All on Twitter

Twitter lets you send messages to your followers. Your followers can read the message and reply using the Twitter system. To send the message, you type a "tweet" in your Twitter account. Twitter has a message character limit, so you must limit the size of the message. You can also use several tweets to convey a larger message to your followers.
