Enter your desired job title and location in the search boxes (such as "Journalist" and "New York"), or enter general skills or keywords (such as "editing" or "media"), and click "Search" to generate a list of potential job matches.

Read the search results and click on any job descriptions that appeal to you. Save the search terms so that the next time you log on to the website, you don't need to repeat the same search. Go back and search using different criteria if your search produces no results, or none of the jobs are quite what you are looking for.

Click "Resume" in the top left of the home page. Select "Upload My Resume" to upload a resume that you have already saved on your computer. This allows prospective employers to view your resume and you may be invited to apply for a position or attend an interview.
