You can print wallet-sized pictures two ways. You can use some type of photo editing software such as Windows Live Photo Gallery, Corel or Photoshop or you can print directly from your computer's photo folder. Most printer and photo editing software printing menus are basically the same, so the instructions will work no matter what type of printer or photo editing software you have.

Using Computer's Picture Folders

Click on your Windows "Start" button, which is at the bottom left-hand corner of your screen.

Select "My Pictures" from the menu.

Click on the picture you want to print as wallets. If you want to print several pictures on one page, press "Ctrl" key on your keyboard while you click on the photos.

Choose "Print the Selected Pictures" from the menu at the top of the screen. This will open the Photo Printing Wizard. Click "Next."

Make sure that the pictures you want printed have a check mark next to them and click "Next."

Make sure your printer is the default printer listed. If not, select it by clicking on its name, then click on "Next."

Click on the "Wallets" option in the Available Prints section and then click on "Next" and then "Finish." Your printer will proceed to print the pictures.

Using Photo Editing Software

Open the photo you want to print with your photo editing software.

Select Print from the file menu. Your printer menu will open. Take a look at the paper size options and make sure that it is set to 8.5 inches by 11 inches. Most printers default to this size of paper. If it isn't, select it from the list of sizes.

Select the "Properties" button. This will open another menu. Some software won't have a Properties button. In this case select the "Wallets" option from the size option menu.

Choose the Page Layout option and click on "9 in 1" or "Wallet Size" if you clicked the "Properties" button. This will print nine wallet-sized images on a page.

Select "OK" on the menus to start the printing.

Tip

Make sure to crop and edit your photo before you print it.
