How to Get Photo Booth Videos to an iMovie

You can use Photo Booth to record a video of yourself and then email it to a friend. You might also want to edit videos that you shoot with Photo Booth into a movie that you are making with iMovie, the free movie-making application that Apple installs on every recently made Mac.
