How to Make Cold-Pressed Coffee
Cold-brewed coffee seems counterintuitive at first glance, but using hot water to brew coffee is not always necessary. Instead of being ready within a matter of minutes like hot-brewed coffee, cold-press coffee can take several hours to brew fully. Cold-brewing creates a stronger concentration of the volatile flavors of the coffee and cuts out 85% of the acids and oils found in regular, hot-brewed coffee. Does this Spark an idea?
